Authority Workbench package

Download authority-workbench.zip, or install it straight into the scratchpad's /work:

1. Install (run in the scratchpad; repeat to update)

2. Upload export.biblio.UTF-8.USMARC (Evergreen's export) into /work, then run

It asks for your Worker passphrase in a box (kept in this tab; the Anthropic key stays in the Worker). Corrected records and the review report download when it finishes. Add --twice to run twice and flag disagreements, or drop --agent-apply to report only. Use --direct only to call Anthropic with your own API key instead.
